…actually, it will be one hour later– 1pm is the time. My small group has challenged Lisa Overman’s small group to a game of kickball. We’d love to invite anyone and everyone to come see the Neighborhoods and Nations crew run faster, stronger, and better than lions as the Chase the Lion group crumbles on the field.
We’ll be playing on a field near 1st and New York Avenue NW. There’s plenty of street parking. Come out and cheer for your favorite discipleship pastor and her team of crazy people.

I don’t want to make any off-handed comments about the ill-prepped team soon to be decimated by the likes of the Neighborhoods & Nations small group. However, I can say without hesitation that their utter destruction will be historically comparable to Hannibal’s triumph over the Romans at Cannae in 216 BC. Good luck Chase the Lions…you’re going to need it!
