RANDOM THOUGHTS
- The Dallas Dragons moved to 4-1 on the season with a 31-21 victory over Crescent Valley. Up next, homecoming next week against arch rival Silverton. I’ll be in attendance, hopefully live-blogging, podcasting, and webcasting the whole thing. UPDATE- The Dragons are now ranked #8 in the state.
- When you’re on 395 coming into DC from Crystal City, why is there a sign with a phone number to call for suspicious activity when its illegal to use your phone when driving?
- Sometimes I wanna grow my hair out like Russ Taff, circa 1987. Here is Russ in 1983 singing Trumpet of Jesus. And here he is singing Higher Power in a short-sleeve pink shirt and bow-tie.
- Just writing all that makes me think about The Imperials. This might be my new video, based on the quality of the soloists’ clothing.

For whatever its worth, Marley Park Church of the Nazarene in Glen Burnie, MD will be hosting the Imperials in concert in December. Please don’t ask me how I know that.
