NCC is proud to welcome Andrew Everett Russell into the world! Andrew was born at 8:33pm this evening, 7 pounds, 4 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long to proud parents David and Missy. Baby and mother are doing well, but its unclear whether little Andrew’s first word will be guitar, computer, or camera. Congratulations to the Russell Family!
