April 28th - Hands On DC!
A group of NCCers will gather on April 28th to put some hard work into DC Public Schools. Hands on DC is an all-volunteer project that creates better schools and brighter futures for students in the District of Columbia.
The day will run from approximately 8:30 till 3:00 with more specifics coming by the end of this week. We’ll be involved in anything from painting classrooms to cleaning up playgrounds. It’ll be a great way to show Christ’s love to our city and bond together.
A couple people who attend NCC have participated in years past, but this year – we’re looking to bring a group of 25 (at least). Please consider yourself personally invited! And bring some friends - get your small group involved, or bring your children - this would be a great way to get your kids involved in the community!
This is a great way to serve the Lord and the kids who attend DC Public Schools.
