I just posted an article, but I want to introduce the author. For those who may not know Margaret Feinberg, she is a speaker, author, and cultural architect. If you’ve never heard her name, you’ve probably heard about some of her books: Twentysomething, The Organic God, and What the Heck am I Going to Do With My Life?
Margaret is coming to DC for the Fusion Conference (May 4-5), and somehow we convinced her to come in early to speak at our weekend services April 28-29. I’m so excited about having Margaret at NCC because she is honest, engaging, and funny, and she will cut right to the gut to inspire us to be all that God created us to be.
But that’s just Margaret the speaker/author. Margaret the friend is even more amazing. I met Margaret at the Catalyst Conference two years ago, and she has become a mentor and encourager. She personally reached out to connect with every person who attended her breakout sessions– wow. She challenges me to keep growing and stretching and trying new things.
I’m really excited she’s coming to NCC. If you’ve got friends you want to invite to church, April 28-29 would be a great time to do it! Also, check out her new book The Organic God. The article below is an excerpt.
