I just got home to Mobile for Thanksgiving, and the craziness has already begun. For those of you that have never met my parents, you have really missed out. Meeting them explains a lot about me.
Dad just walked in from work, and he shared the following:
“As I got dressed for work this morning, I looked all over the house for my black belt. I tore the bedroom apart. So finally, I just put on the brown belt. When I got to work, I realized I was wearing two belts. I’d already put on the black belt before I started looking for it, and then put the brown belt over it.”
It’s gonna be a fun week…
Oh! HILLARIOUS!!! Happy Thanksgiving Pastor Heather!

That’s hysterical!!!! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your ‘Bama kin! Be thinkin’ of you from the Big Apple. BTW, asked Mackenzie what she wanted to do when we got there and she said: “Go shoping at the Disney Store. Eat lunch. Eat dinner. Eat breakfast. Go shopping. Take a nap. Then whatever.” Eat, sleep, fine dining. 4 years old and she knows how to do NYC. Couldn’t be more proud!!
Best,
K

OK, Heather, that cracked me up! But then again, I once put both contacts in the same eye so I feel a bit of a kinship with your Dad.
