I woke up this morning thinking it was Thursday; I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was actually Friday!
Friday is Win Day. In Acts 21:19-20a, we read, “Paul greeted them and reported in detail what God had done among the Gentiles through his ministry. When they heard this, they praised God.”
Friday Scorecard is an opportunity for you to “report in detail” what God is doing in your lives and groups so that others may praise God.
For me personally, I thought the Leadership Summit was a tremendous weekend. Thank you so much for sacrificing your holiday weekend to come and gear up for next semester. For those who missed it, Pastor Mark’s talk was very timely and important. I think it was his best summit talk yet. If you missed it, please go read it here.
I was blown away by the groups and ministries that signed up to help with various service projects. Thanks to all of you. I was very proud of all of you!
Finally, we had 29 people at Leadership 101, and I was really excited about all of the potential new leaders. We are going to have some really awesome groups in the coming semesters.

The HIV/AIDS group is my win for this week! Catherine Beechler has poured a lot of time and effort into the group and getting us set up to start serving in the community. I am are really revved up for the service and outreach projects we’ve got on the horizon…
