We’ve been talking all semester about the power of service within your small groups. Here is a great opportunity: The Pimentel Project.
This summer we sent 15 NCC’ers to Pimentel, Dominican Republic. They taught, encouraged, fed, and served a missionary there that has taken a city on his back by trying to save the children of that town.
The Lord blessed us with the funds to buy a bus so that hundreds of kids can attend school & church. But we want to send the bus with supplies to help them out.
What can I donate?
- School Supplies (pencils, paper, crayons, rulers, etc)
- Large bulk canned foods (Rice, vegetables, flour, etc)
- Clothing (For kids or adults)
How are my donations used?
- 1,500 kids are fed each day
- 300 kids are taught in school each day
Donations will be collected October 28-29 & November 4-5 at church. If you have any questions, please email Pastor Joel.
