I would like to praise God today for the brownie bowl and cookie sundae at Pizzeria Uno’s. Our group took a time-out from the Journey curriculum this week to spend some time eating dessert together. Thank you Tim Elzea! If you are a group leader, keep a pulse on the group and take some breaks every now and then to play together. You can build community faster through 1 hour of play than through 10 hours of discussion.
What is God doing in your group? Any wins? Any ideas that might help other groups?
We spent the last couple weeks giving our testimonies and getting to know each other better that way. It was awesome to hear the amazing and unique ways that God has been (and still is!) working in our lives!

This week an old movie came to mind, The Flight of the Navigator, not because of the weird shaped spacecraft, but because of the way A-Team Leader Aaron Mercer handled a tough situation over the last couple weeks. Great job Aaron!

The Inklings had a great bonding time Sunday the 15th at a a farm and corn maze in MD. It’s fun to see your discussion friends outside of that environment.
