One of the leaders in my zone, Amy Doolittle, mentioned in our meeting on Sunday that there is a tremendous need for more volunteers to help with the hospitality ministry for our Saturday night services at Ebenezers.  Please see her blurb below and mention this ministry opportunity to your group members.  Amy’s contact information is in the Fall Pass for those who want to be involved.  God bless you all!

Greetings all,

We are in desperate need of hospitality workers for the two Crossings services at 5:05 and 7:07 p.m. at Ebenezers Saturdays. We currently have a very small team of about nine volunteers, including myself, that rotates weeks. That means that, for now two services, we have a total of five volunteers each week  - and that’s just not enough people for the kind of ministry team we need and would, ultimately, like to have. At the bare minimum we need to double our numbers to accommodate both services.

Ideally we would have two hospitality teams for the services. One team would be responsible for set-up, passing out bulletins, taking offering, greeting people, setting up the connection table and running it as the service lets out. The other team would be responsible for tear-down and the other typical hospitality tasks. Volunteers need to be at Ebs by 4:15 p.m. for the 5:05 p.m. service and 6:30 p.m. for the 7:07 p.m. service.
Saturday night hospitality is a great way to connect with NCCers, serve and just have fun. The Saturday night service is intimate and a lot of fun. Please prayerfully consider joining us! We would love to have you. If you know of anyone who may be interested please forward them this information. Thanks!

Amy
