The Zone Gathering

As the summer pass group registrations roll in, I am going to post the most descriptive and creative group names here at zonegathering.

The first honors go to Aaron Mercer and Heather Newman for their group. Last semester, Aaron and Heather titled their group “Beyond the Lampost: Narnia Discussion Group.” They’ve outdone themselves for next semester: Inklings Reloaded.

Back in the day, Lewis’ and Tolkien’s discussion group in Oxford, England was called “The Inklings.” As Aaron and Heather continue to lead their peeps through the work of Lewis, they are honoring him by renewing and reinventing The Inklings group.

The Inklings will be Reloading every Thursday Night on the 3rd Floor of Ebenezers.
