There is a good article in Rev. magazine this month- Practical Ways to Make Every Small Group Meeting Count.
It’s very basic stuff (make sure the temperature in the house is comfortable, make sure there are places for people to sit, etc), and it’s good to be reminded every now and then. I need to do a better job with some of this stuff in my groups!
