Alright, I designed the Win Sheet, so I take full responsibility for all it’s problems. I was completing mine last night, and I noticed a problem right off the bat. I thought, “Where do I write my group name?”
You see, I am leading two groups this semester. So I think I need a space to identify which group the win sheet is for. For most of our groups, this isn’t a problem since each leader leads only one group. But in general, I think a space for “Group Name” would probably be a logical idea.
I don’t want to redesign the Win Sheet now because I am sure we will discover more issues over the next few weeks. So– if you have any suggestions, please let us know. We will collect your ideas and thoughts and re-design it later this semester. For now, thanks for being flexible.
On a related note– I loved reading the win sheets for last week. Thanks so much to those of you who are already submitting yours. As I reflected on your wins and prayed for your groups, I was reminded of why I do what I do. God is moving and I get to be a part of it.
