I think the discipleship map will be a great tool to help leaders think strategically about "doing life together" and committing to developing the dimensions of discipleship: Seeker, Learner, Influencer, Investor. I am very excited about the map!

Man Heather. I remain committed to my previous opinion on the map. The whole strategy - the whole thing is amazing. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds. Wow. What provision to God's people. What a blessing it is to have you leading us in discipleship @NCC. Go girl.

Heather, when you said "we want to ignite peoples' passion for God and then get out of their way" it reminded me of a quote that a friend of mind gave me today. "Become so wrapped up in something that you forget to be afraid."
                - Lady Bird Johnson

I think that's what having a passion for God is...being so wrapped up in Him that you literally forget to be afraid, you forget to be anything He says you're not!
