This year’s retreat will be January 27-28 at the Potomac Park Camp. All current and potential small group and ministry leaders are invited and encouraged to attend. We will be giving you more information later, but we wanted to go ahead and give you a heads-up.

What is the Annual Leadership Retreat?
Every January, the leaders of NCC gather to prepare for the year. We worship together. We play together. We pray together. And we strategically plan together. There will be several main sessions where you will learn leadership principles and Pastor Mark will share vision for the upcoming year. There will also be breakout sessions where you will have time to focus on your unique ministry or small group environment.
Who can come?
Current NCC leaders and their potential leaders. Inactive leaders who plan to lead a group during 2006 are also invited.
Where will the retreat take place?
The Potomac Park Camp in West Virginia, about 90 minutes from Washington, DC.
What does it cost?
NCC covers the entire cost of the retreat. There is no cost to the leader.
Why should I attend?
This is the most important event of the year for our leaders. In fact, we believe it is so important that we foot the bill. Our desire is that you would be encouraged in your leadership, inspired to minister, and equipped and empowered to do what God has called you to do. You will have the opportunity to connect with and learn from fellow leaders and the NCC staff. We expect all of our leaders to attend and to invite their potential leaders.
Will there be childcare?
Yes.
What is the dress code?
Business attire. (Okay, if you believe that, then you shouldn’t be a leader at NCC!) 
Come comfortable, and be prepared to play a few games in the gym.
What should I expect?
Fun. Creative teaching. Crazy games. Great music. The Holy Spirit. Connection. Inspiration. Excitement.
