Just wanted to make sure everyone wandered over to the In-Service blog. John posts a number of wins as well as some great updates, including a great initial meeting yesterday about In-Service: Ballston Edition.
Along with the week-to-week need to make lunches, John mentions another opportunity to help:
Speaking of winter- it’s coming- and we need to be prepared. not sure exactly what kinds of extra outreaches are going to be planned, but in general, it would be great if you guys could do a closet cleaning for sweatshirts, sweaters, hats, gloves, coats, etc. anything will be helpful. just bring it to church on sunday, and we’ll take care of it from there.
