Every Thursday, we will post on topics related to leadership, discipleship, and facilitating small groups. Sometimes, we will focus on issues of leading yourself well– or how to BE ONE. Sometimes, we will focus on a principle of leadership or discipleship– or how to MAKE ONE. Sometimes, we will cast vision to remind us why we are doing what we are doing– or how to lead FOR ONE.
Examples of topics we are exploring include the following: Transparency- how far is too far in groups? Headaches- how do you deal with problem people in groups? Sparks- handling conflict inside and outside the group. Vision- what is it and how do you cast it? Creating Culture and Community. Apprenticing- finding, training, and releasing emerging leaders.
